Job Description

We are a small Business and We are looking for a Person that can help Us with Installation technical support and office dues, will be handling high level of confidential information and will be expected to maintain strict confidentiality and exhibit discretion and professionalism in all activities

This Job require multi-task, and can be change each day so is not a routine (you can be all day on the office and other day on installations,helping clients, delivering supplies, restocking the Vans and other type of office work.

This position is Monday - Friday and Saturday half day & Sunday half day.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic understanding of PC, PC peripherals, and network connectivity (DNS, DHCP, subnets, routers, wireless)
• Customer Service and Technical Support
• Assistance and Prioritizing and planning service calls
• Reports, creating files and maintenance
• Interacting in a professional manner with clients.
• Diagnosing problem on-site or by phone
• Performing some minor maintenance, fixing or replacing equipment.
• Performing installation
• Delivering supplies and carry boxes
• Multi-task and juggle several things at one time
• Inventory and other office due
• Familiarity with Marketing tactics to drive customer awareness through social media platforms and creating ads (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc…)
• Ability to learn other software programs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required English and Spanish.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Driver License with good record
• high school
• Good presentation.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $500.00 /week
