This is a 20-hour per week paid summer internship opportunity.Job responsibilities include:Assist with the creation of the new hire orientation presentationSchedule and conduct new employee orientation sessionsAssist new hires with the onboarding processCreate new hire personnel filesTrack employee anniversary dates and follow up with managers on performance reviewsUpdate employee bulletin boards with postings as neededComplete employment verificationsPerform administrative tasks such as confidential filing, sending out birthday and anniversary cards, updating I-9 binders, etc.In this position, the HR Intern will be exposed to a broad range of Human Resource tasks and responsibilities. It is a great opportunity to experience an HR Generalist role.
