Talarya Brands is looking for a Distribution Driver to work NORTHERN CALIFORNIA distribution facility. This position will require driving and delivering to local NorCal locations as well as potentially make a weekly trip to our Southern California facility in the city of Perris. CANDIDATE MUST BE LOCATED IN NORTHERN CALIFORNIA.

JOB SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION DRIVER - Transport orders to and from our warehouse across Northern California using a company vehicle. Drivers are responsible for preparing and packaging orders, double-checking to make 100% sure all the correct items are there, properly labeled with information matching manifest/invoice as well as COA/lab testing numbers. Drivers will be responsible for routing their day, abiding by cannabis regulations and compliance, collecting payments and generally acting as extended representatives of our distribution company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Pack and load products into vehicle according to company's specifications
Deliver/Pick up orders to/from customers on assigned routes in a time effective manner
Maintain ongoing communication with our logistics coordinator.
Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs
Be able to drive for extended amounts of time
Be detail oriented and accurate with product and money
Driving time will range
Ensure all order paperwork is signed, completed
Providing a high level of customer service and professionalism
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Punctual and dependable with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE!
Clean Driving record
Shows self-motivation/innovation and the ability to work well with all members of their staff and the company, as well as with their direct supervisor.
Ability to listen well and communicate effectively
Ability to use initiative and independent judgment appropriately
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Valid Drivers License and reliable mode of transportation
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30lbs
Requires the ability to sit or stand for 8 hours per day
MUST BE 24 + years of age to apply
Driving in the cannabis industry: 1 year (Preferred)
