Job Description

** Responsibilities:**

• Perform scheduled & unscheduled maintenance including dismantling, repair and rebuilding of equipment
• Responsible for maintaining all mechanical components on the ICS
• Installation inspection, assessment, maintenance, repair, and/or refurbish all mechanical parts, components and/or assemblies within the ICS
• Cleaning of ICS and surrounding areas
• Diagnosing, adjusting and/or resetting improper functions
• Maintain and operate the ICS according to the OEM manuals
• Other duties as required

Qualifications

** Skills/Experience/Authorizations Required:**

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 0-2 years of experience for Entry Level Support Mechanic in baggage handling systems and/or automated systems in material handling industries operations and maintenance.

• Ability to clear, reset, and address any operational issues (jam, etc.)

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical related issues

• Control Room Operation, capable of fulfilling control room operator duties

• Must be able to obtain and maintain airport security clearance

• Positive, professional attitude and demeanor

• Solutions focused while maintaining the highest level of customer service

• Pay Rate: $26.52/hour

• Fringe Rate: $7.86/hour
