Looking for an active and self-motivated Construction Superintendent to work closely with Project Manager to ensure projects stay on time and on budget. The complexity of the projects includes the total scope of fast paced Commercial, Industrial and Stadium construction projects.

Role Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience

Strong communicator - oral and written

Email and digital communications - Outlook, Word, Excel

Digital plan reading

Digital Take-offs and mark-ups - Bluebeam and construction related software

Ability to develop and maintain project schedule - Smartsheet and other software

Knowledge of all trades - technical trade understanding, building codes, trade sequencing

Coachable team player

Strong task manager with ability to work without supervision

Able to effectively read and understand construction plans, contracts and specifications

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Daily assistance with management of jobsite and subcontractors

Maintain compliance with OSHA and safety protocols

Develop and complete Project Completion List prior to the close out of the project / in advance of Architect / Owner's Punch List

Qualify subcontract change orders and related documentation

Completion of project within scheduled timeframe

Make sure project conforms to plans, specifications and quality workmanship

Timely communication of project status, changes, issues, solutions

Daily progress photos and record keeping

Reviewing plans and blueprints

Coordinate and verify all close out documents

Travel if necessary
