    BF Maintenance is looking for a Residential Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! Seeking a self-motivated, experienced and quality-focused individual. Residential Maintenance Technician to oversee the maintenance and operations of multiple residential properties. The properties are located within 40 miles of Pottstown. This position is Full-time. Responsibilities: Responsibilities: • To support/assist in apartment turnovers at various properties when needed. • To perform routine and preventative maintenance to include but, not limited to electrical, plumbing, appliance, drywall repair, and HVAC • Maintain curb appeal of the properties by keeping grounds free of debris and trash. • Run work orders as needed. • Possible on call, not on a set schedule but as a fill in if needed (vacations, illness). • Update Daily Logs • Perform minor building, HVAC, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary • Implement preventative maintenance measures • Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies • Complete inspections of buildings, units, and amenity space as needed • Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol • Perform other maintenance duties as requested Qualifications: Requirements: • Knowledge of current construction codes • Reliable transportation • Willingness to travel up to 40 miles from Pottstown, PA • Valid driver's license with good driving background • Own basic hand tools • Strong knowledge of building trades, cleaning procedures and maintenance • Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds unassisted Compensation: $45,000 - $53,000 yearly
