Role Overview:
As a Paramedic at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our clients' experience and supporting our holistic health and beauty services. Your key responsibilities will encompass performing lab draws, IV insertions, and infusions and assisting in non-invasive cosmetic procedures to enhance our clients' wellness journey. Additionally, you will engage in administrative tasks critical for the seamless operation of our clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing lab draws IV insertions, and infusions, providing essential medical support and interventions for our clients.
- We assist healthcare providers with non-invasive cosmetic treatments and procedures, enhancing our patients' aesthetic wellness.
- Maintaining accurate client records and managing appointments proficiently using our electronic medical record (EMR) systems ensures high organization and client care continuity.
- I support front office operations by handling client inquiries professionally and maintaining a welcoming and efficient clinic environment, fostering a positive first impression and ongoing satisfaction.
- Engaging in community wellness activities and events to promote the clinic's comprehensive services enhances our visibility and impact within the community.
- We embrace a team-oriented approach and demonstrate readiness to assist in various roles as needed to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations, reflecting our commitment to teamwork and excellence in service.
Qualifications:
- Certified Paramedic with state licensure and comprehensive training in emergency medical services.
- 2-3 years of experience in a Paramedic role, with a preference for expertise in medical, wellness, or community health settings.
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and competence in performing administrative duties.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proven to establish trust and rapport with patients.
- A strong commitment to promoting health, wellness, and a proactive approach to community healthcare.
- Flexible availability, including the willingness to work various shifts and participate in community health events and outreach programs.
