Position Summary

The BFW Warehouse Worker is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations at the Bethany, Missouri distribution facility. This role focuses on accurate order fulfillment , safe material handling , and maintaining an organized warehouse environment. The position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands‑on work, steady routines, and contributing to a fast‑moving logistics team.

Key Responsibilities

• Order Picking — Accurately select, scan, and prepare customer orders according to pick lists and warehouse standards.
• Inventory Handling — Receive, stock, and rotate inventory; report discrepancies or damaged goods.
• Shipping & Receiving — Load and unload trucks, verify shipments, and prepare outgoing freight.
• Warehouse Organization — Maintain clean, safe, and efficient work areas following company safety guidelines.
• Team Collaboration — Work closely with supervisors and coworkers to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior warehouse or manufacturing experience helpful but not required
• Ability to lift 50–75 lbs regularly
• Comfortable standing, bending, and walking for extended periods
• Basic math and reading skills for order accuracy

Work Environment

• Fast‑paced warehouse setting

• No shift schedules, daily hours are 7am to 4pm
