For over 30 years, WE have been the Nation's Largest staffing company specializing in the Multifamily/Apartment Industry. We are currently looking for a Staffing Coordinator located in the Dallas, TX __ area. This position is a full time opportunity for the right candidate. Multifamily or Staffing experience is preferred, but not required. Our ideal candidate will be a self starter, fast-paced and ready to jump right in!
The Staffing Coordinator reports to the Regional Operations Manager and manages a schedule of 30-80 field employees.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Discuss Job Requirements with field employees to ensure client satisfaction
- Evaluate field employees qualifications to best place with appropriate client
- Communicate with clients to discuss field employee qualifications
- Maintain staffing operations across the board
- Obtain daily client requests and fill them efficiently
- Secure coverage for clients and maintain zero open orders
- Maintain accurate system for tracking field employees through software and schedule
- Manage field employees to meet the clients's requirements
- Monitor overtime accumulation and attendance of field employees
- Responsible for attaining weekly gross profit goals by adhering to applicable pay rates
- Work with the supervisor to verify payroll accuracy
