JOB DESCRIPTION

TITLE: REGIONAL OPERATIONS MANAGER

REPORTS TO: MANAGING DIRECTOR

SUMMARY: The Regional Operations Manager reports to the Managing Director of Operations and manages a team of 7-12. They plan and direct operations and improve productivity and efficiency. The ROM will significantly influence the development, integration and delegation of new work, tasks and functions, assist in the hiring, development and leadership of high performance individuals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of each market in the hub. Analysis of System Reporting - responsible to verify accuracy of system reports. Review gross profit statements and data. • Control pay rates of field employees set by the staffing coordinators. • Utilize financial data to improve profitability. • Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of organizational goals. Formulate and implement operational and organizational policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations, and procedures. • Production - Coordinate and monitor the work of each employee. Monitor performance and implement improvements. Ensure quality of service. • Communication - Monitor, manage and improve the efficiency of support of all Sales, Payroll, HR, and Accounts Receivables departments. Facilitate coordination and communication between all departments. • Strategic Input - Liaison with top management. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity. Implement and manage operational plans
