Administrative Assistant for apartments- WE PAY WEEKLY!
BG MULTIFAMILY provides talent to apartment communities across the nation! We’re seeking experienced and inexperienced individuals for Administrative help in the property management industry.
No experience required- MUST have great customer service skills!
JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Admin/ Concierge, you will be the first step in each resident’s 5-star customer service experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at all times within a luxury residential setting. This position reports to the property or leasing manager.
GENERAL JOB DUTIES
Greet residents, answer phones, maintain community entrance/exit logs
Monitor foot traffic to ensure entrance is by authorized individuals only
Answer resident inquiries, manage resident requests, manage package storage and delivery, allow authorized visitors and vendors on to the property
Issue keys, gate cards, remotes and establish move-in packages
File, prepare documents, assist team when needed
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Have dependable transportation to and from work
Have a strong work ethic with reliability and dependability
Enjoy working with others and taking direction when needed
Maintain a friendly and customer service oriented approach to co-workers and customers
