We are seeking a Controller to become an integral part of our team! A commercial real estate development company . Candidates with 7 years of commercial accounting experience, with public accounting. Yardi is a plus. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintaining corporate books
• Review the property financials prepared by the accounting staff
• Meeting various reporting deadlines to investors
• Coordinating the tax preparation with the outside CPA firm 
• Update records on the investor portal 
• Yardi
