SUMMARY:
The National Talent Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, identifying, attracting, qualifying, and managing top Commercial Real Estate talent candidates through the interview and hiring process for the National Commercial Real Estate Strategy. The National Talent Coordinator will be supporting the National Director of Business Development by providing qualified talent to our Commercial Real Estate Partners according to the CRE National Growth Strategy.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Execute a strategic recruiting plan that focuses on delivering the outlined streamline delivery of talent to our clients
· Coordinating all interviews with both candidates and clients
· Presenting qualified candidates to clients within the outlined timeframe
· Administrative tasks include billing and fully onboarding candidates
· Responsible for meeting a monthly budgeted target
· Responsible for communication between the client and candidate
