Responsible for preparing financial reports of approx. 10-12 properties in various stages such as land investment, construction & development, retail properties and office bldg. Reviewing payable and receivables; perform bank/account reconciliations; provide financial information to auditors, tax consultants, lenders, property managers and partners; Assist in the preparation of budgets, recoveries, 1099, and sales tax. Process annual property tax bills; coordinate tax return preparation and distribution of K-1 to partners. May be involved in preparation of construction draws and other special projects assigned by the Controller.

We are looking for somebody with an accounting degree and commercial real estate background. CPA is preferred but not required. Financial reporting experience is a plus. My top priority is to find somebody with great work ethic who works well with others.

We are currently using Yardi; strong knowledge of this real estate software is a big plus.
