    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Experience Trainer/Facilitator to join our team as an Independent Contractor. You will be responsible for delivering our signature and customized programs to our high-profile clients in the world of professional sports. We work with arenas and stadiums in every major sport to elevate the fan experience with our interactive, gamified, and highly energized training workshops. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Deliver training that that engages, equips, and inspires staff members
    • Experience delivering soft-skills training that drives behavioral shifts
    • Quickly learn and be able to re-teach our principles and techniques to our clients
    • Represent and embody our brand with the utmost professionalism
    • Be highly energetic, very personable, and friendly
    • Be a good story-teller and excellent communicator
    • Highly value confidentiality, integrity, and the protection of sensitive information
    • Set-up and breakdown training sessions as needed
    • Troubleshoot and be highly solution-oriented

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • An experienced speaker, trainer, and facilitator of groups up to 100 ppl
    • Ability to effectively engage and maintain control of highly diverse audiences
    • Previous experience in luxury customer service, sales, and leadership a plus
    • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform in high-pressure settings
    • Ability to adapt, adjust and be flexible
    • Positive and professional demeanor
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • A strong command of Powerpoint and Microsft Office
