Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments • Manage and optimize financial performance, including budgeting and cost control • Lead and develop a high-performing team through mentoring, coaching, and training • Foster a positive work culture and maintain high standards of customer service Qualifications: • At least 1 (one) year of hotel management. However willing to train the right person • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial goals • Strong leadership and team management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • US Work Authorization Compensation: $60,000
