We are looking for an experienced General Manager to join BH Hospitality Management in Houston, TX at the Hobby Airport area. The General Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day operations at a hotel, resort, or other hospitality establishment while ensuring that all guests have an exceptional experience. They will be responsible for training, motivating, and developing staff to reach their highest potential, as well as managing budgets, developing new strategies, and leading team meetings. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to take their career to the next level. The salary range is between $60,000 - 70,000. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement operational plans for the department within budget constraints. • Manage the daily operations of the business, including staff, customer service, scheduling, and budgeting. • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. • Ensure optimal guest experience throughout the hotel, restaurant, and entertainment venues. • Analyze data and trends to create strategies to improve customer acquisition and retention. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field, or real-time Management Experience. • 3+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry. • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with staff, clients, and vendors. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GSuite applications. • US Work Authorization.
