You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities: Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget • Top candidates will be highly motivated and ready to work hard for significant results • Respond to all listing leads/requests • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Review comparables for making strategic pricing decisions • Work closely with sellers to negotiate contracts to closing • Network to source new business as needed • Explain market power and benefits of multiple listing services (MLS) • Respond to customers' calls, emails, and web requests • Weekly training to keep you updated on the latest technology Qualifications: High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Experience with the local real estate market and general trends 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Show a track record of real estate success • MUST have Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
