If so, we have a career opportunity for you! This real estate administrative assistant role is for a person who is passionate about customer service and serious about developing this role into a long-term career in real estate. Responsibilities: • Documenting and implementing processes and checklists • Assist Realtor with open houses/showings • Assist in meeting with buyers/clients at the property for inspections, contractors, contract bids, other needs • Accompany Realtor for new listing appointments; taking notes, meeting the client • Facilitate communication about active deals, and prospects • Nurture clients' needs and act to allow lead Realtor to use their time for the highest and best use. • Manage and add contacts to contact database • Manage lead generation tools • Create marketing materials; postcards, flyers, mailers • Assist with Social Media content and creation • Getting keys made and installing lockboxes, supra • Installing COVID compliance supplies • Other duties as assigned Qualifications: • Have an active RE license in CA or in school to pursue one • Know the local real estate market and be educated about surrounding areas • Have and leverage significant communication skills – phone, email, and text • Skilled with the use of common software and technology tools • A professional image is vital Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly, plus bonus
