    We’re searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for addressing questions and/or concerns in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, ordering office supplies, and marketing our brand through community events, print and digital mediums. Responsibilities: Utilize the website, social media, and printed materials to raise our visibility in the community Answer phone calls and emails to act as a liaison between clients and staff members to improve customer retention and referral rates Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events Strengthen existing abilities and gain new ones by participating in training opportunities Coordinate any company parties, necessary appointments, or travel Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements • Must be able to demonstrate strong administrative skills in order to manage daily operations • Assist with the creation of marketing materials like brochures, renderings, Facebook Ads • Oversee the filing system for listings and sales of all properties • Work with the management team on issues and problems • Be the first point of contact for customer inquiries • Maintain electronic files, agreements, logs and databases • Responsible for all aspects of new real estate agent onboarding process • Assist branch manager with recruiting efforts Qualifications: Customer service experience in our industry is preferred Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues High school diploma or GED required Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication Compensation: $31,200 - $39,520 yearly
