Responsibilities: • Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on goals. • Meet buyers and sellers to help reach their goals, to include evenings and weekends. • Attend training until you are qualified to teach each topic. • Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them. • Prepare the necessary paperwork. • Share and acquire knowledge and in a team environment to better the greater whole of the team. • Proactively improve performance through coaching and feedback provided by management. • Hold yourself accountable to perform daily prospecting efforts to ensure success. • Remain knowledgeable about Real Estate Markets and Best practices. • Develop networks and cooperate with title companies, mortgage lenders, and vendors. Qualifications: • Hold, or actively working towards acquiring a real estate license. • Proficient in verbal and written communication skills. Compensation: $100,000+
