The ideal candidate is a persuasive deal maker and passionate about building customer relationships. Responsibilities: • Hold open houses and coordinate showings for clients. • Attend weekly sales meetings and mentorship meetings/calls. • Support our team, brokerage, and client appreciation events with your attendance and promotion. • Work with clients, both buying and selling, from all walks of life. Support them in the stressful home buying process, and help them achieve their goals. • Attend transaction closings and home inspections to support the clients. • Communicate with company leadership and staff to ensure that every transaction is executed at the highest level. Qualifications: • Hold, or actively working towards acquiring a real estate license. • Proficient verbal and written communication skills. • Must be 18 years of age, a US citizen or lawfully admitted alien, and have a high school degree or equivalent. • Ability to work full-time, nights, and weekends. Compensation: $100,000+ at plan
