    Do you love helping people find their dream home? We’re looking for an experienced real estate sales buyer’s agent to join our growing team. You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. If you’re an ambitious, motivated and polished real estate professional looking for a rewarding full-time sales position, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market • Top candidates will be highly motivated and ready to work hard for significant results • The ideal candidate will be committed to follow up, follow-through, and follow back • Respond to all listing leads/requests • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Review comparables for making strategic pricing decisions • Train team members on best practices • Work closely with sellers to negotiate contracts to closing • Network to source new business as needed • Explain market power and benefits of multiple listing service (MLS) • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests • Weekly training to keep you updated on the latest technology Qualifications: Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • MUST have Real Estate License Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission
