    We are looking for an energetic, exceptional person to join our company as a Marketing Assistant. If you have outstanding attention to detail, take pride in your abilities online, and are looking for a position with great growth potential, you could become a member of our very driven team. Working under the direct supervision of the Broker/Owner, this position will assist our agents and brokerage with a variety of marketing tasks – from identifying target audiences, building lead groups to creating social media ads. You should have command of best practices and trends in direct mail, CRM tools, and social marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build and convert a loyal audience. Responsibilities: • Assist in using company marketing software to manage electronic and direct mail campaigns, manage multiple prospecting lists • Coordinate with the agent's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, Instagram, Snapchat, and Tik Tok • Create shareable content appropriate for specific client lists to both spreads our brand, our content, and links • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing customers and leads and from brand new audiences that don’t yet know us • Run regular promotions and campaigns and track their success • Work alongside other marketers and content producers to help distribute content that educates and entertains our audience • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from your efforts • Examine and seek best practices in the way the company, and its agents, manage and convert leads Qualifications: • BA/BS degree OR equivalent work experience • Active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each network and their best practices • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use both data and intuition to inform decisions • Experience in a real estate setting is preferred • Bonus experience and skills include Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, demand-generation marketing, inbound marketing, and blogging Candidate MUST: • Have excellent communication skills, computer skills, writing, and phone skills • Be knowledgeable with common computer software tools such as Google Docs, and all Microsoft Office programs • Be a take-charge person that is well organized, energetic, and a self-starter looking for a long-term position. • Be punctual • Have great at time management and staying on task • Able to multitask, and prioritize tasks according to deadlines • Able to take direction and carry out duties without delay • Team player and ability to work with a diverse set of personalities • Able to organize priorities and establish deadlines; able to communicate effectively deadlines keeping others on task • Can be relied upon to work under minimal supervision • Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and proofreading Requirements: • Fluent in English, Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred • Minimum two years of social media OR marketing experience • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required • Must be able to pass a background check In order to be considered for the position, candidates MUST submit a cover letter (writing sample), indicated which office closest to you, and provide social media information. Compensation: $20 - $25 per hour
