    Real Estate Listing Sales Agent needed to join our growing agency. The Listing Agent will be responsible for gaining listings through leads, advertising, referrals and repeat business. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills. Professionalism is a must. As our Listing Agent you will be meeting with prospective clients to sell their home. Learning our listing presentation and the ability to present our value proposition in a professional manner is a must. You’ll be supported every step of the way with continuing education and training, a dedicated administrative and marketing staff and a team who always have each other’s backs. Responsibilities: Conduct market analysis and work with clients to stage, price and market homes to achieve a quick sale Contact all listing leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base Manage all aspects of MLS listings including signage coordination, inspection scheduling and property marketing to lead to quick sales Always be networking to help acquire new business Respond to all customer requests quickly and efficiently to ensure exceptional service • Top candidates will be highly motivated and ready to work hard for significant results • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Review comparables for making strategic pricing decisions • Work closely with Sellers to negotiate contracts to closing • Network to source new business as needed Qualifications: Enjoys talking on the phone and can convert lead inquiries into appointments Quick on your feet and good at problem solving Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Team player invested in the success of others • MUST HAVE A CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE  • Professional in attitude and appearance • Passionate about selling  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Ability to pull all listings from the MLS • Set up all showings to view homes  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone Please include the following: • A cover letter detailing the number of closed units and sales volume achieved in 2018-2019.   • A resume to include your DRE/BRE number COMPENSATION FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS IS COMMISSION-BASED. YOU WILL FIND THAT THE MORE EFFORT YOU PUT INTO MAKING SALES AND PURCHASES, THE MORE INCOME YOU WILL GENERATE FOR YOURSELF. REAL ESTATE AGENTS OFTEN EARN OVER $100,000 AFTER THEY'VE ESTABLISHED A LOYAL CLIENT BASE. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 at plan commission
