It's not uncommon for a Real Estate Salesperson to earn over $100,000, but it can take a couple of years to get to that level. WHAT KIND OF PERSON ARE YOU? • We’re looking for ambitious, self-motivated individuals for rewarding full-time sales positions • Self-starters who want to build a career... and not just get a job • Team players who thrive working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line • Enthusiastic personality and enjoys working with people As a member of our team, you not only have access to our world-class programs, support and services, but also the backing of our nationally renowned name.  Responsibilities: • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and social media • Act as an intermediary between the seller and your buyer • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Create purchase agreements and closing statements • Participate in open houses, networking activities and MLS to enhance your sales • Present purchase offers to sellers • Network and market your real estate professional services to help grow your client base  • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year • Always be "consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents • In addition, administrative and research skills are a must! Qualifications: • MUST HAVE A CURRENT CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Have a positive and customer-focused attitude • Be a team player • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity • Some weekend and evening hours are required • Be available to show client's homes and attend open houses • Come up with creative solutions for making you and your real estate portfolio stand out in the current market  Please include the following: • A cover letter detailing the number of closed units and sales volume achieved in 2018 • A resume to include your DRE/BRE Number  COMPENSATION FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS IS COMMISSION-BASED. YOU WILL FIND THAT THE MORE EFFORT YOU PUT INTO MAKING SALES, THE MORE INCOME YOU WILL GENERATE FOR YOURSELF. Compensation: $75,000+
