Even in these uncertain times, Real Estate is essential and we are hiring!  Responsibilities: Schedule all home inspections, open houses, and showings Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales Conduct market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly • Top candidates will be highly motivated and ready to work hard for significant results • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Review comparables for making strategic pricing decisions • Work closely with Sellers to negotiate contracts to closing • Network to source new business as needed Qualifications: Has a real estate license Excellent understanding of the real estate market conditions and how to utilize market analysis Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills 1+ year of prior experience in the real estate industry Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information • MUST HAVE A CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE  • Professional in attitude and appearance • Passionate about selling  • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Ability to pull all listings from the MLS • Set up all showings to view homes  • Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone Please include the following: • A cover letter detailing the number of closed units and sales volume achieved in 2018-2019.   • A resume to include your DRE/BRE number IN REAL ESTATE, COMPENSATION IS DIRECTLY TIED TO PERFORMANCE. THE MORE TRANSACTIONS YOU FACILITATE, THE MORE COMPENSATION YOU WILL EARN. IT'S NOT UNCOMMON FOR A REAL ESTATE SALESPERSON TO EARN OVER $100,000, BUT IT CAN TAKE A COUPLE OF YEARS TO GET TO THAT LEVEL. THE MORE WORK YOU PUT INTO ESTABLISHING A CLIENT BASE, THE MORE MONEY YOU WILL EARN. COMPENSATION FOR REAL ESTATE AGENTS IS COMMISSION-BASED. YOU WILL FIND THAT THE MORE EFFORT YOU PUT INTO MAKING SALES AND PURCHASES, THE MORE INCOME YOU WILL GENERATE FOR YOURSELF. REAL ESTATE AGENTS OFTEN EARN OVER $100,000 AFTER THEY'VE ESTABLISHED A LOYAL CLIENT BASE. Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 at plan commission
