Responsibilities: • Respond to all listing leads/requests • Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers • Work with clients to stage, price and market homes • Work closely with sellers to negotiate contracts to closing • Network to source new business as needed • Explain market power and benefits of multiple listing service • Respond to customers' calls, emails and web requests • Pull all listings from the MLS • Set up all showings to view homes virtually or in-person safely by appointment. Qualifications: • MUST HAVE A CA REAL ESTATE LICENSE • Be quick on your feet • A professional in attitude and appearance • Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Have a great passion about working with people and selling • Ability to be a self-starter and to take initiative to create a broad and loyal client base is essential to this role • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) • Ability to review comparables for making strategic pricing decisions • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies APPLICANTS, PLEASE INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:  • Your cover letter here, detailing the number of closed units, or the past team sales volume achieved in 2019/2020. • Resume to include your BRE/DRE number IN REAL ESTATE, COMPENSATION IS DIRECTLY TIED TO PERFORMANCE.
