Job Description
We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Fortune 100 client, a global provider of healthcare and retail pharmacy services, in building industry-leading analytics, data, and technology platforms to help reimagine health care. This position will sit within the Consumer Engagement Analytics team and will leverage advanced analytics, experimentation, causal inference, and strategic problem solving to grow our client’s product offerings and support medication optimization processes.
A successful candidate will be one which is able to think independently and critically, enjoys ambiguous problems with data, is highly adaptable, and loves to collaborate with both technical and non-technical leaders.

** What you’ll do:**
Identify Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and craft SQL queries to measure and optimize patient adherence to medications.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of patient and pharmacy data utilizing SQL, Excel, Tableau, and Python to identify opportunities for personalized patient-care initiatives, with the goal of improving overall patient experience and satisfaction levels.
Design and deploy interactive Tableau dashboards to stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for user targeting and marketing strategy optimization.
Own the end-to-end reporting infrastructure for price optimization processes to aid patients and medical service providers in cost management initiatives.
Fetch data using SQL, Python, and Excel to develop Tableau dashboards to track metrics like pickup rate, patient medication adherence, patient calls completed, and success rate.
Perform analyses of structured and unstructured data to solve multiple and/or complex business problems utilizing advanced statistical techniques and broad knowledge of the organization and/or industry.
Collaborate with business partners to understand their problems and goals, develop predictive models, statistical analyses, data reports and performance metrics.
Develop and participate in presentations with business partners to share analyses and drive product strategy.
Use strong programming skills to explore, examine and interpret large volumes of data in various formats.

The pay range for this role is $45-50 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
