Our client, a leader insurance and financial services space, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join their team. This role is critical to ensuring data quality, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing business operations through the development and implementation of effective data practices.

Term: Full Time

Location: San Diego, CA

Compensation: $90k - $110k

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in data analysis or business analysis, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of data hygiene, data modeling, and data governance best practices
• Experience designing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and analytical tools
• Experience supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborating across technical and business teams
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred
