    Job Description

    We are looking for a Business Analyst to join the Executive Office.  The Executive Office serves the entire executive team with a mission to help drive the execution of our Strategy.  In other words, we help translate the strategy into actions and support the global organization in execution.

    The Business Analyst role is highly visible and plays an important role in improving BICs operating model which requires a great amount of cross functional collaboration and coordination. This role will help oversee the last year of our savings value capture program, working closely with program leaders to flag risks and help ensure we capture all savings/benefits in our central tool accurately.

    In addition, the business analyst will also help drive the operating model and business processes integration projects to enable the execution of our strategic priorities.

    The ideal candidate has a strong EQ, ability to work cross functionally and comfortable operating in ambiguity. The business analyst should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to synthesize data and problems.  We are looking for someone that embodies our core competencies, someone who takes ownership, delivers results, champions change and helps to create team success.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

    • Oversee central savings tracking tool and analytics, including monitoring the pipeline of initiatives and developing leadership presentations
    • Train and assist new employees on the central tracking tool
    • Help drive the transition and implementation of new tracking tool for the future 
    • Provide support on operating model problems as they arise which includes problem identification and project planning
    • Works in close partnership with the Senior Manager and Chief of Staff to provide on-going performance management, reporting, and ad hoc strategic initiatives aligned to our 3-year growth priorities
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors' degree in business or related field is required
    • 3-5 years of analytical experience in finance, management consulting or a related field is required
    • Strong analytical skills are required
    • Strong Excel skills are a must
    • Project/program management experience is required
    • Ability to synthesize complex problems
    • Strong communication skills
    • Cross functional, collaborative mindset with understanding of business processes
    • Ability to work in fast pace and agile environment
