Job Description

*Two internship opportunities available under this business unit. One under Strategy & another under Mergers & Acquisitions.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES/PROJECTS:

• Facilitating our 3GP strategy process by supporting the team across a specific 3GP workstream
• Holistic strategy projects including financial build-outs, competitive intelligence and Horizon initiative execution
• Build up of strategic capabilities culminating in a final shareout to the broader strategy team
• Managing pipeline and deals as the come in (i.e. creating profiles for target companies) 
• Developing an M&A playbook 
• Evaluating/Financial analyzing target companies for the M&A team

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL PREFERRED: Undergraduate Senior
• PREFERRED EDUCATIONAL FOCUS: Finance or Business with concentration in Finance
• Ability to multitask
• enterprise thinker
• Financial and strategic interests
• Highly engaged and self-directed
• Ability to distill broad data sets into actionable insights
