    Job Description

    The mission is to help the Human Resources Total Rewards team in conducting market research on a number of different programs to assist in modernize those programs.

    The perfect candidate is a high energy self-starter, who is not afraid to jump in and get their hands "dirty".

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

    • Research design of 401(k) to help identify more modern design opportunities
    • Research design options for health care model costing options 
    • Evaluates current wellness model and researches options to improve utilization and effectiveness
    • Researches options to modernize our current program offerings

     

    KEY PROJECTS  

    • 401k modernization
    • Health benefit costing options
    • Wellness model
    • Tuition reimbursement modernization

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High energy self-starter who is curious
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
    • Attention to detail
    • Excellent written communication skills
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, eager and happy to learning and creating as they progress.
    • Interest in benefits or finances
    • Pursuing degree in Business, focus in Human Resources, Communications and or Psychology
