MISSION IS TO HELP THE MCI TEAM STRUCTURE AND CONSOLIDATE ITS INNOVATION LIBRARY TEST LEARNINGS FOR KNOWLEDGE GATHERING AND DISSEMINATION AMONG BIC TEAM

·        Support building the innovation library database on BIC Insights Hub by manually uploading test results into the platform  

·        Support the analysis of past 5 years Innovation testing learnings with the aim to share best practice learnings with Group Insights & Innovation team members

·        Help co-author training documents with our partner agency on idea and concept writing guidelines leveraging best practice examples from BIC testing experience  

 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze Innovation testing key learnings with idea and concept writing/testing best practices
• Input test results manually into innovation library database

Qualifications

• In progress to complete degree within Business / Innovation / Market research / Statistics
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Consumer Research interest/knowledge is a plus
