Overview:

Within the Center of Excellence demand planning, as project manager demand planning you will be part of the BIC transformation journey towards IBP! In this exciting adventure, you will support the implementation of the Integrated Business Process with the different teams across the world, leading demand planning process and tools roll out.

What you’ll do:

-        Support the implementation of the IBP process on demand planning side by

o   Being involved in the design of the process

o   Proposing and building some template and tools to execute the process

o   Working closely with the GSC IBP team, commercial, global supply chain and ensuring a good collaboration

-        Bring support and lead IBP workstreams projects

o   Abnormal demand implementation: help to design the solution, implementation, first months roll out

o   Europe end to end promotions and BTS: coordinate BY, JDE & Power BI enhancements to have promos Visibility, Anticipation & Prioritization

o   Constraint demand: work on a methodology to capture unconstraint and constraint demand, valorization of the constraint

-        Coordination of the Anaplan implementation (tool supporting the IBP process):

o   Roll out of the tool in new regions like North America in close collaboration with IT teams (data validation, user training and support)

o   Coordination with finance and RGM to design an integrated business solution

o   Build new dashboards to answer business needs and support the new IBP process

-        Long Range Planning: lead the implementation and industrialization of long-term forecasting (4 years), in close collaboration with commercial and marketing team, to extend its usage across BIC Organization

Qualifications

-        University degree in business, engineering and/or equivalent working experiences

-        1-3 years' experience in a Supply Chain position (with preferably a previous experience related to S&OP or IBP process)

-        Fluent in English

-        Proficient use of MS Office (in particular Excel)

-        Strong demonstrated leadership – Strategic thinker able to convert transformative ideas to practical solutions that deliver tangible results

-        Well organized, management of priorities, ability to work within set deadlines

-        Good communication skills, positive attitude, and strong team player: ability to strengthen collaboration in inter-company, cross-functional and multi-cultural teams to meet objectives

-        Motivated about working with IT & systems (an experience with Anaplan is a plus)
