    Job Description

    The mission is to help the Human Resources team in the design, building and launch of several different employee engagement and development programs focused on support and strengthening the NAM Commercial team's talent strategy.

    The perfect candidate is a high energy self-starter, curious and results driven.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS

    • Support the set up and delivery of a management "listening group" process
    • Support the development of team member career path program
    • Support the development of an employee engagement model for NAM Commercial - to engage team members at all stages of he employment life cycle
    • Participate in DEI initiatives

     

    KEY PROJECTS  

    • Career path development 
    • Designing and launching focus group program intended to collect and act on team member feedback
    • Diversty, Equity and Inclusion projects 
    • Design and implementation of a team member engagement strategy
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • High energy self-starter who is curious
    • Excellent organization skills
    • Good Knowledge of Microsoft office tools
    • Great listening skills
    • Comfortable with ambiguity, eager and happy to learning and creating as they progress.
    • Pursuing degree in Business, focus in Human Resources, Communications and or Psychology
