    Job Description

    BIC has an exciting new opportunity with our newly formed HRIS Team! This role is the cornerstone of the success of our new system with SAP SuccessFactors. Ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with strategic journey of our Human Capital System (HCM). As we continue to fully implement our transformation, this role will support the overall integrity of the system, provide higher level support on systems issues, review and discern viability of bi-annual releases from SAP, and provide guidance to the business on reporting needs and more in-depth HR analytics.  

    WHAT YOU’LL DO 

    • Support the organization’s Human Capital system overall by using detailed knowledge of SuccessFactors to guide and support the business, our shared services teams and our HR community on the system.
    • Responsible for functional and technical system activities including business processes configuration and scheduled releases in partnership with Information Technology Department.
    • Assist with implementation, user acceptance testing, lifecycle maintenance and administration of HCM projects and activities.
    • Perform regular assessments for improvements and system enhancements to further streamline and optimize operational efficiency within HR and the business
    • Participate in various HR projects to provide technical HR systems and business process support.

     

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two years working as an administrator in an HRIS system: SuccessFactors highly preferred. 
    • Knowledge of configuration and data migration
    • Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources processes above and beyond systems use.
    • Expert at building and creating reports.
    • Proficient in written and spoken English required.  
    • Experience in supporting HR systems (especially cloud HR)
    • Expert in Excel. 
    • Strong disposition towards processes, policies, procedures and systems.  
    • Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization – to both technical and business audiences.  
    • Excellent documentation and written communication skills (SOP manuals, workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.)
