Job Description

Come join the Strategy and Business Development team to help shape the long term growth strategy for BIC, which includes investment activities, merger & acquisitions, partnerships and operational improvements.

Core Responsibilities include:

• Support ongoing assessment of strategic options and potential business decisions, helping quantify and articulate financial and strategic impact
• Provide market/competitive analysis
• Create presentation materials for senior leadership and board of directors summarizing strategic and investment opportunities
• Participate in special projects as assigned for the executive leadership team

Qualifications

• Student pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Business Strategy, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related field
• Analytical mindset with spreadsheet modeling and problem-solving skills
• Ability to conduct fact-based market analysis, build clear and concise presentations, and communicate effectively
• Desire to be part of a highly collaborative, high performance team
• High level of efficiency, accuracy and responsibility with the ability to manage multiple assignments & priorities, work well on a team, have excellent and demonstrated organizational and communication skills
• Advanced working Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
