    Job Description

    JOB SUMMARY

    The Associate, eCommerce Systems - within the Digital & eCommerce COE – will manage all day-to-day operations to improve BIC performance across the digital shelf (Search, Pricing/Promotion, Assortment, Ratings and Reviews, and Content) at global scale, including systems and processes. They will report to the Manager, Digital Shelf Operations and work with regional partners and cross-functional teams to help accelerate sales growth across priority markets and accounts.

    MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

    Global Asset Management: Maintain global content systems - Product Information Management System (PIM) and the Digital Asset Library (DAL); assist with implementation of global roll-out strategy

    o   Upload and tag new assets, link assets between systems, clean up old assets, implement A+ publishing capabilities, functionality inputs, etc.

    o   Customer channel development and mapping in Salsify, customer catalogue creation, customer-specific copy iteration and uploads, workflows

    o   Issue resolution/ “ticket triage” and tech troubleshooting

    o   Provide on-going user support and training

    Content Operations: Partner with Global Content Factory team to coordinate content requirements across all digital platforms and retailers and work collaboratively on content initiatives to help optimize conversion

    o   Develop global content management processes, tools and other training materials to improve the efficiency of our content marketing operations – including workflows, cross-functional integration and KPIs

    o   Identify content gaps/required optimizations to meet BIC and customer KPIs and ensure retailers have access to high quality, impactful, accurate information

    Digital Shelf Tool Management: Lead daily operations for EDGE (SPARC) digital shelf monitoring tool including implementation of new customers, functionality/system updates, user training & engagement and collaborate with E-commerce Insights team on reporting templates

    o   Serve as point of contact / lead coordinator for day-to-day market requests: portfolio management, retailer changes, search term changes, content integrity rule updates, ticket resolution, troubleshooting etc.

    o   Actively monitor BIC global performance against KPIs and work closely with regional eComm leads to provide market and account-specific strategies for improvement

    o   Help prepare Digital Shelf diagnostic for individual market/account-level “Accelerator” projects as needed

    o   Help drive awareness and continue to educate the organization on digital shelf fundamentals (SPARC) as we move toward the next phase of our digital transformation

    o   Support efforts to stand up new tools and local level capabilities that are required to improve digital shelf performance

    Other initiatives include:

    o   Support management of team budgets and project timelines to ensure projects delivered on-time/on budget

    o   Support broader Digital CoE projects and initiatives as needed beyond digital shelf focus

    QUALIFICATIONS

    ▪       Bachelor’s Degree is required

    ▪       Solid MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word

    ▪       Demonstrated project management experience

    ▪       Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

    ▪       Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills

    ▪       Independent and can operate with minimum supervision

    ▪       Track-record of success or illustrations of contributions made in areas of digital growth/transformation, training and business-related performance

    ▪       Comfortable working across functions and with team members at any level

    ▪       Internationally curious – previous experience working on a global team and/or strong desire to be in a global role

    ▪       Demonstrated ability to flex management style/ways of collaborating based on individual market needs and level of Digital Shelf maturity

    ▪       Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment/start-up mindset

     

    Professional Experience/Technical Skills

    ▪       A minimum of 1 year of experience in a digital operations or e-commerce role is required

    ▪       Previous experience with PIM solution provider, e-retailer, or CPG industry experience is preferred

    ▪       Experience working with key digital shelf syndication and measurement systems (ex. Salsify, Syndigo, EDGE by Ascential, Profitero, etc.) is a plus

    ▪       Strong digital acumen and understanding of current digital landscape and trends

    ▪       Has effectively driven influence among peers and those at higher levels

    ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

    • Some international travel may be required (around 10%)
