    DESCRIPTION:

    BIGGBY® COFFEE is seeking an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who can develop and execute a multi-platform strategy to help increase the reach and exposure of the BIGGBY® COFFEE brand. The ideal candidate for this position has experience on brand social media strategies across an array of social channels. This highly collaborative and fast paced position will represent BIGGBY® COFFEE franchise locations and the BIGGBY® COFFEE brand/story.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The following are the specific areas of responsibility for the Social Media Marketing Manager:

    • Management of Brand Storyteller Team and system.
    • Develop a digital advertising strategy (organic and paid) on social sites such as, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok that align with brand standards and BIGGBY COFFEE franchises.
    • Development and management of systems to coordinate local and regional social marketing.
    • Curation and distribution of value-add content.
    • Increase KPI performance on social media channels. (i.e Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and TikTok)
    • Developing and monitoring of a BIGGBY® COFFEE influencer program.
    • Work with our Fanatic Factory (customer service team) to develop response system.
    • Ability to determine what creative design and development resources are needed for projects or campaigns. Ability to create marketing content as needed—graphics, copy etc.
    • Participates in cross-collaboration with Marketing Director, and Marketing Managers to ensure brand and promotional alignment.
    • Ability to organize, interpret and explain customer data.
    • Strong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Franchisee or franchisor experience preferred
    • Proven ability to work within budgetary guidelines
    • High competence in digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
    • Hands-on experience with CRM software, project management software, and MS Office Suite
    • Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful reports
    • Strong communication skills, comfortable with public speaking
    • Experience with Google Analytics a plus

     

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3-5 years social media experience with major brand
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or equivalent experience
    • Excellent organizational skills

    • Effective time management skills
    • Strong copywriting skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Professional and proactive work ethic
    • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
    • Maintains confidentiality
    • Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction
    • The ability to receive detailed information through oral communication
    • Exerting up to 20 pounds occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
    • Close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer screen; extensive reading
    • Reliable internet and setting to perform position remotely. Occasional evenings and weekends.
