Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, professional in-home care

Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and meal prep

Provide companionship and safety supervision

Monitor and report changes in client condition

Maintain a clean and safe environment

Requirements

Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia

Bilingual preferred – English required

Current TB/PPD and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)

Reliable transportation

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Positive attitude and passion for helping others
