The Dental Clinical Lead is responsible for supporting clinical performance, workflow efficiency, team leadership, and patient experience within the general dentistry department. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations, strong communication between doctors and team members, and high standards of patient care.
This position functions as a bridge between the doctors and the clinical team — helping maintain organization, accountability, and a positive team culture while ensuring an excellent experience for every patient.
This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical competence, organization, communication skills, and the ability to help guide and support the clinical team.

Responsibilities
Dental Department Leadership: Support daily clinical operations and help maintain efficient patient flow.
Clinical Workflow Coordination: Ensure operatories, instruments, and materials are organized and ready for patient care.
Team Leadership & Support: Assist with training, mentoring, and supporting clinical team members.
Quality of Care & Compliance: Maintain high standards of patient care, infection control, and clinical protocols.
Communication & Team Alignment: Facilitate clear communication between doctors, assistants, hygienists, and administrative team members.
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Minimum 3–5 years dental assisting experience
Expanded duties certification (as applicable to Louisiana regulations) preferred
Strong knowledge of dental procedures and workflows
Demonstrated leadership capability
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Professional, reliable, and patient-focused

Pay will be based on experience and qualifications.
Compensation: $16.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 hours per week
