Orbit Infusion Solutions is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable bilingual English/Spanish Medical Receptionist to support our office and patient care team.

Qualifications
Fluent in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate professionally in both languages. 1–2 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting. Background as a medical assistant, phlebotomist, or in a similar healthcare role. Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. Comfortable using computers, scheduling software, and electronic medical records. Able to manage multiple priorities while protecting patient confidentiality.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors and provide a professional, positive experience.Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages to the appropriate team member. Schedule and confirm appointments and assist with patient check-in. Maintain accurate patient information and assist with forms and documentation. Communicate with English- and Spanish-speaking patients about scheduling and office procedures. Support coordination with nurses, pharmacies, and referring providers. Keep the reception area organized and assist with daily administrative tasks.
