Technical Source is currently searching for a BIM/CAD Technician for our pharmaceutical manufacturing client located in the Raleigh, NC area. Qualified candidates will have experience working with P&ID, Process Flow Diagrams, Instrumentation, and Electrical drawings into AutoCAD Plant 3D software

     Responsibilities of the BIM/CAD Technician include:

• Assist in cleaning, auditing, and converting P&IDs as well as updating CAD files based on engineering red lines (red to black)

• Link documents, models, and tags to ensure traceability and data consistency

• Support data entry and validation for P&ID tags, line lists, or asset databases

• Ensure P&ID workflows and data comply with GMP standards

  
  

  Qualifications of the BIM/CAD Technician include:

• 3+ years of experience with P&IDs, BIM modeling, CAD, or Document Control Support

• Knowledge of MEP systems with proficiency in 2D/3D tools (AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks)

• Comfortable with spreadsheets and document management systems

  Compensation for the BIM/CAD Technician includes:

• Pay of $85,000 – $115,000 based on experience and fit
