BIM Coordinator - Construction Technology - Base Salary to 38.00/hour - Boise, ID
Our client, a leading Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) and construction technology firm, is seeking a BIM Coordinator for an on-site opportunity in Boise, ID.
This position supports large commercial, industrial, and mission-critical construction projects through Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design & Construction (VDC), clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination. This opportunity is part of a long-term semiconductor construction project offering stability, overtime opportunities, and career growth.
50-hour work weeks with overtime pay, plus per diem. This is a 100% on-site position located within a high-security construction environment.
Responsibilities:
Lead BIM coordination efforts throughout project execution.
Develop, maintain, and update Revit models for commercial construction projects.
Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks Manage.
Coordinate LOD 400 and LOD 500 models across MEP, structural, architectural, and construction disciplines.
Facilitate multidisciplinary coordination and model federation activities.
Participate in BIM coordination meetings with project teams.
Review construction documents and identify constructability issues.
Resolve model conflicts and provide construction-ready models for field execution.
Support field coordination throughout the construction process.
Assist project teams with BIM deliverables and model updates.
Qualifications:
Experience leading BIM Coordination on construction projects.
Strong proficiency with Revit.
Strong proficiency with Navisworks Manage for clash detection.
Experience coordinating LOD 400 and LOD 500 models.
Experience coordinating MEP, structural, and architectural building systems.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Experience supporting commercial, industrial, semiconductor, mission-critical, or large-scale construction projects.
Ability to work 100% on-site in Boise, ID (must currently reside in Boise or be willing to relocate).
Ability to work approximately 50-hour work weeks.
Compensation:
Base salary (paid hourly) in the 30.00 - 38.00/hour range. Exceptional candidates with extensive experience may be considered above the posted range.
Overtime paid at time-and-a-half after 40 hours (working 50 hours/week)
