We’re excited to meet you! The Marketing Manager (guru) will be responsible for advancing the community and customer experience of our real estate team through online and traditional marketing. The position requires independence and motivation, interaction with our agents, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. LOCATION Berkshires, MA – ROLE CAN BE REMOTE though ideally ½ day in the Berkshires for building content as needed. COMPENSATION and BENEFITS • FLEXIBLE HOURS • REMOTE - LARGELY • HOURLY – based on experience. Range $25-$40 • Position is 20-25 hours per week to start – POSSIBLE TO MOVE TO FT. • Can be largely remote though ideally a few hours in Berkshires a week for content development. Responsibilities: • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure consistent and concise messaging • Create, deliver, and edit marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective, timely and in line with brand voice and ethos • Active Pipe Messaging for company and founder (annual structure built out) • Social Media Posts – 3x per week [SL1]– LOOMLY: FB, Insta, LinkedIn for founder and company pages. This includes video and graphically edited posts • Oversee and Analyze Digital Ad Campaigns • Postcard programs • Client events (set up and coordination) • CRM messaging buildout • Website Updates and Changes, and Traffic Analysis and lead updates and changes to proactively increase traffic[SL2]Prepare seller updates bi-monthly for all agents • Report to founder 2x per month – Review posts, videos, all analytics, drive forward • Manage website. Update content, and tracking of analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant • Update all Facebook[SL3], LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers • Support the company and agent by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Plan and organize company/client events • Shoot videos and take photos locally / regionally to build content for SM then market on social media Qualifications: Degree in Marketing or equivalent work experience requiredReal Estate Marketing experience is a plus2+ years of experience in MarketingTECH wizard: Loomly, ActivePipe, Digital Campaign Builder, FUBExcellent communication skills, positive, upbeat, collaborative attitudeEager to try new concepts and technologyDevelops innovative forward design concepts within the brandHigh energy, excited and productive!
