Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
• Show off our impressive vehicle inventory and guide customers through the selection process.
• Conduct informative test drives and highlight vehicle features.
• Utilize your negotiation skills to close sales and secure favorable terms.
• Collaborate with the finance department to offer flexible financing options.
• Stay up-to-date on our inventory, including specifications and pricing.
• Cultivate long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business.
• Aim high and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Qualifications:

SPANISH SPEAKING IS A MUST

• Possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
• Self-motivated with a hunger for success.
• Thrive both independently and in a team environment.
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• Passion for cars and knowledge of automotive industry trends is highly valued.
