Administrative Assistant for multi-salon company. Our office position requires great customer service, personal appearance, excellent communications and positive work attitude, along with strong accounting skills. Your forty-hour week (8:30-4:30) would include... daily cash management recordkeeping, business reports in Excel, payroll processing, accounting and management reporting. We are a family-owned company with 2 salons, 1 school, and 200+ employees. Your computer skills should be very up-to-date, with current daily experience in Word, Excel and accounting software.
