What You’ll Do:

Evaluate client needs and qualifications and recommend the best loan product to fit those needs

Advise clients on completing the loan application process

Partner with the processing and underwriting teams throughout the loan process to ensure a seamless and streamlined experience for your clients and their agents

Become an expert in loan guidelines, loan products and regulations

Manage a lead pipeline and convert prospects to borrowers.

Review active loan files each day for open items. About You:

Skills You Have:

3 to 5 years’ mortgage lending experience

Currently licensed under the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry, or willing to become licensed.

Excellent phone, verbal, written communication skills

Team player and strong collaborator

Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with numbers

Bachelor’s degree in business preferred

Bi-lingual/Spanish speaking preferred
