    What A Lead Coordinator Does:

    As our Lead Coordinator, you will be the essential gateway to our sales team! The Lead Coordinator will be the first to see incoming leads and be responsible for making sure they are assigned to a Loan Officer and their Production Assistant in a timely manner. You will use our CRM to record, track and manage lead assignments, sources and outcomes. You’ll rely heavily on the CRM to maintain the details of lead assignments and lead sources for reporting. The Lead Coordinator will also be proactive in making that first call to schedule a consult with a Loan Officer, take lead contact information from a partner agent or simply answer a prospect inquiry.

    What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like:

    ● Manage incoming leads, their assignments and their outcomes using a CRM.

    ● Work with the team to keep good records and maintain the CRM with correct data regarding lead assignments and referral sources.

    ● Spend blocks of time on the phone following up with leads who have not scheduled a call with a Loan Officer or completed their application.

    ● Work with Loan Officers or their Production Assistants to ensure leads are moving through the pipeline and/or showing the correct disposition if cancelled or postponed.

    ● Handle the office’s main line during business hours, taking messages and/or passing the calls off to other team members when necessary.

    About You:

    ● 2 years of administrative experience or equivalent

    ● Proficient using a CRM is a must

    ● Terrific organizational skills

    ● Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills

    ● Excels at multi-tasking

    ● Enjoys working with people and providing a stellar client experience

    ● Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for working with a variety of business applications

    ● Thrives working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
